WELLBEING WELLNESS
I started my career as a shop assistant in a bakery and worked my way up through a diversity of roles from Fashion Model, Civil Servant, Ski Instructor, Flight Cabin Manager, VIP Corporate Hospitality Manager and Corporate Operations Director.
However, when Covid hit in 2020 I decided to take a step back from the intense business world and focus fully on holistic welfare.
It was only through my life experiences that I realised how important personal, mental and physical wellbeing is for emotional happiness, not only for oneself but in the work place too.
I am very passionate about what I do and really want to keep the welfare of those in the work environment, both employees and employers to an optimum level.
It is becoming increasingly important that employers have an holistic framework to support employees and their physical and mental health at work, which is now known to improve focus, team work, increase growth and productivity and promote calmness within the workplace. The list is extensive.
Currently 35.2 million working days are lost to work related ill health. As an employee it can be difficult to speak up and as an employer it can be difficult to detect. Releasing tension early can help avert deeper or more serious problems later on.
After years of treating clients across the globe I have become increasingly aware of the importance of holistic welfare in the workplace.
Being mobile means we bring everything with us to your business or facility. We concentrate on delivering various short treatments pin-pointing personal requirements. Treatments may take place during tea or lunch breaks, at the desk, a quiet space, or actually anywhere from a warehouse, office, to a building site.
